How I Stay Happy While the World Burns! #meditation

Finding happiness in a chaotic world can be challenging, but I’ve developed a daily routine that helps me maintain high performance while prioritizing both physical and mental health. My mornings start with a workout, followed by a structured meditation routine that I practice at least twice, often three times a day—early in the morning, before lunch, and in the evening. Additionally, I make it a point to attend a monastery retreat for five to seven days each year to deepen my practice and recharge. This balance has been key to my well-being.
