What happens when one man attempts to seed 100 million trees from the sky?

Luigi Cani jumped from 4,267 meters above the Amazon rainforest🌴

His goal? To plant 100 million seeds, from 27 species of native trees, at over 320 km/h.

At that height, the seeds will cover several hundred square kilometers in just a few hours

FYI: The rainforest has been losing an average of 10,000 square kilometers per year over the last three years 🪓

The germination rate is expected to reach 95%, offering real hope of how useful this operation might be.

One thing to keep in mind though: massively seeding once won’t solve deforestation.

If only it were that easy😅

We need to rethink our entire approach to land, plants, and soil. It’s going to take care, structural changes, and constant attention.

But I still love this initiative, it's a wonderful idea to raise awareness and kickstart regeneration.
